Gizmo Brew Works started with a simple conviction: Raleigh deserves a bakery that treats every loaf like a craft and every cup like an event. We opened our doors on Echo Ridge Road with flour on our aprons and a commitment to doing things the slow way.
Our sourdough ferments for 48 hours. Our croissants are folded seven times. Our coffee is roasted in small batches and pulled fresh every morning. Nothing in this kitchen was designed for speed — everything was designed for flavor.
